IDB Invest – ITG Client Solutions Business Analyst Consultant

Citizenship: Candidates must be citizens of one of the IDB’s 48-member countries

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

Education: Bachelor’ degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Experience: 5 years of IT experience implementing CRM, Client Portals, preferably Salesforce.

Certifications: Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is desirable.

Languages: You are proficient in oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.

• Experience within the banking industry is preferable
• Five years’ experience implementing CRM systems, preferable Salesforce
• Experience optimizing team performance through the advanced application of Agile and Design Thinking Methodologies
• Strong ability of building and maintaining relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Interpersonal communication skills: Ability to inspire, coach and lead teams and individuals.
• Self-Management: Flexible and high tolerance for rapid change.
• Critical thinking and good judgment.
