Change Management Consultant – IDB Invest

What you’ll need:

•      Education: Master’s degree or advanced degree in business, communication, organizational development and transformation or equivalent required.
•     Experience: 5 years’ experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
•     Language: Oral and written professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

•   Knowledge of change management principles and best practices
•  Familiarity with knowledge management tools, techniques, and practices
•  Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable initiatives.
• Understanding of the Agile and UX principles.
• Experience working on graphic design projects and creative direction assignments.
• Change management certification is a plus
• Strategic thinker. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others at all levels of an organization. Ability to clearly articulate messages and effectively communicate to a wide variety of audiences. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances 

Requirements:

•      Type of contract: Consultant full time.
•      Length of contract: 24 months (renewable)
•      Location: IDB Headquarters, Washington, DC, U.S.A.
•      Requirements: You must have no family members currently working at the IDB Group
