Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Experience: At least five (5) years of equivalent work experience in relevant technical position and management support experience, preferably in an operations support environment.
Languages: Proficient in both English and Spanish
Core and Technical Competencies:
- Areas of Expertise: Microsoft Intune; Apple devices, Windows 10 devices, Android devices.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows servers and Network Administration
- Experience in Enterprise Mobile Management
- Experience in application and desktop virtualization
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, PKI infrastructure, MS Config Manager (SCCM), SSH, and MS SQL.
- Knowledge and understanding of IDB applications and IT procedures
- Experience deploying IT solutions in organization-wide for 3000+ users
- Knowledge and experience in the testing, development, deployment and publication processes for mobile applications in Apple, Google and Microsoft stores, as well as in-house deployments
- Skills: Capable of performing project coordination tasks with multiple actors, some of them remotely. Produce clear documentation regarding new implemented technologies. Interact with vendors, lead support calls, assist in procurement process. Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, scripting technologies such as Windows PowerShell, network and networking protocols, Domain Name Servers functions.
