What you’ll need:

Education: You hold a PhD in Economics, Public Policy or related fields. 

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the areas of policy making and governance in infrastructure, particularly water and sanitation services.  Experience as team leader/author of published analytical work is a must, with special emphasis in the area of political economy of infrastructure sectors 

Languages: You are proficient in at least two of the Bank’s official languages (English, Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese).
