What you’ll need:

Consanguinity: You
have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree
of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Education: Master’s
degree required in Behavioral Sciences, Economics or related fields. PhD
graduate preferred. (PHD Candidates are also encouraged to apply)

Experience:
5
years of working experience.

Languages: English
and Spanish.
Core and Technical
Competencies:
The positions are open to
applicants with a keen intellectual interest and academic potential for working
in behavioral economics. The ideal candidate has some formal training in
behavioral economics and has participated in projects in the field (or in the
lab) that have led to journal publications or have had direct impact on policy
design. Because of the nature of the appointment (inter-disciplinary,
inter-departmental), scholars with experience working in all sector areas are
welcome to apply. The position is particularly suited for faculty on sabbatical
and PhD candidates looking for a one- or two-year post-doc appointment.
