What you’ll need:
Core and Technical Competencies:
The positions are open to applicants with a keen intellectual interest and academic potential for working in behavioral economics. The ideal candidate has some formal training in behavioral economics and has participated in projects in the field (or in the lab) that have led to journal publications or have had direct impact on policy design. Because of the nature of the appointment (inter-disciplinary, inter-departmental), scholars with experience working in all sector areas are welcome to apply. The position is particularly suited for faculty on sabbatical and PhD candidates looking for a one- or two-year post-doc appointment.

  • Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
