What you’ll need: 

  • Citizenship: You are either a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago or a citizen of one of our 48-member countries with residency or legal permit to work in Trinidad and Tobago. 
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group. 
  • Education: First degree in, Information Science, Library Science or Social Science
  • Experience: A minimum of minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, in areas
  • related to records management and general administrative services.
  • Languages:  Fluency in English
  • Core and Technical Competencies: Analytical, quantitative, good organizing and executing skills; planning and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to orally present information to varied audiences. Familiarity with electronic records management applications. Knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365 is preferable.  Proficient in the use of computer systems and databases. Aptitude for the rapid learning of computer systems.
