Skills you’ll need:
  • Education:  B.A. in information/records/document management, or similar field.
  • Experience:  Two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of IDB Group procedures and regulations, and familiarity with its standard documents. Verifiable experience in documents and information management including, particularly in the use of SharePoint. Must be familiar comfortable using standard automated office systems, databases, and web technologies. 
  • Languages:   Proficiency in English and Spanish.  Working knowledge of French and / or Portuguese would be considered a plus.
Core and Technical Competencies:
  • Areas of Expertise:  Full command of Microsoft software, particularly SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat X Pro and spreadsheets.
  • General knowledge of the Document Distribution Request System (D2S).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work discreetly and under pressure.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
