What you’ll need:
Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience in administration, social sciences, or language-related field.
Experience: Two years of relevant professional experience monitoring workflows, prioritizing requests, serving as point of contact with external parties and processing requests. Must be familiar and comfortable using standard automated office systems, databases, and web technologies.
Core and Technical Competencies:
- Areas of Expertise: Full command of Microsoft software, particularly word-processing programs, graphics programs, and spreadsheet and database programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work discreetly and under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
