Talent Sourcing Consultant (External)

What you’ll need:

• Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferable.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sourcing/recruitment marketing experience with a demonstrable track record in a multicultural and international environment. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Languages: Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
