Talent Acquisition Recruiter Consultant

What you'll need 

• Education: bachelor’s in human resources, business, public relations, communications, psychology, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
• Experience: At least 2 years of progressive experience in human resources or a related field. Demonstrated skills in project management with attention to detail.  Practiced at agility with a curiosity for process enhancement.   
• Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, with a preference for additional language skills in one of the other Bank official languages (French or Portuguese).

Requirements:

• Citizenship:  You are citizen or have legal permit to work from your place of residency.  
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

Type of contract and duration:

• Type of contract: Products and External Services Consultant (PEC), Retainer.
• Length of contract: 12 months
• Work Location: Remote.
