What you'll need

  • Education:  Master's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience:   4 or more years of relevant professional experience in an HR-related function, preferably in an international setting.
  • Significant experience recruiting for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm strongly preferred with an excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Oracle Taleo) and conducting recruitment interviews is advantageous.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and another Bank’s official language (Spanish, French or Portuguese) is desirable.

Requirements 

  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents. 
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

Type of contract and duration

  • Staff International: International staff contract, 36 months initially, renewable upon mutual agreement.
