What you'll need:

  • Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Public Financial Management or related.
  • Experience: At least two (2+) years of experience in an above/related field if possessing demonstrated experience in the public sector. If the bachelor’s degree is not in an above/related field, then at least three (3+) years of experience in an above or related field.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English.

Requirements:

  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. 
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

Type of contract and duration:

  • Type of contract: Products and External Services Consultant (PEC), Lump Sum 
  • Length of contract:  180 non-consecutive days over a period of 8 months
  • Work Location: Remote.
