What you’ll need:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
- Education: Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science or Engineering, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics preferred. Progress towards professional designation (CFA, CAIA, etc.) a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience in accounting, actuarial science, finance and/or investments, with experience desired in financial modeling and/or risk management. Experience with exchange traded derivatives and fixed income trading a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in English and a second official language of the IDB is required.
- Areas of expertise: Accounting, actuarial science, computer science/engineering, finance, investments, operations, and/or risk management area at the national level.
- Skills: proficient in excel (macros), financial modeling and/or statistics, investment analysis, MS Word and Power point. Computer language experience a plus.
