Skills you’ll need:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
- Education: The consultant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy and social work or related areas. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in the design, analysis or evaluation of policies related to aging and long-term support services.
- Languages: Strong written and oral communication skills in Spanish, English is a plus.
- Core and Technical Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to conduct academic research independently or as a part of a team, as well as, advanced skills for data analysis using statistical software.
