Skills you will need:


Education: You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Public Policy, Public Administration, Development Economics, Criminology, Law, or other relevant fields.


Experience: You have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and a track record supporting implementation of development programs in areas that include strengthening government institutions, improving public services and citizen security/justice reform. Experience working in the Caribbean region and in countries where donor coordination plays a key role will be highly valued.


Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the Bank’s official languages (English is required and at least one of the other official languages of the IDB: Spanish, Portuguese or French).
