What you’ll need:

  • Functional and Technical expertise:
    • Policies and Procedures: Ability to verify compliance with filing policies and procedures, implementing follow-up and control mechanism e.g. applying records destruction/transfer schedule.
    • Software: Ability to design and update reports, documents, charts, and presentations using standard and specialized software. Ability to use the Internet/Intranet to research for specific information. Ability to provide guidance to staff in the search of information using the systems, providing training and responding to inquiries.
  • Computer: Proficiency in Bank’s standard word processing software (Microsoft Office), spreadsheet and data base programs. Experience in the use of electronic records management systems.

  • Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48-member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
