What you’ll need:


Education: Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, financial management, human resources or related field.


Experience: At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in budget, financial analysis, human resources and/or legal operations. Experience in implementing and executing corporate support services in a complex environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously, preferably in international organizations. Knowledge of related IDB or multilateral organizations’ policies, procedures, systems and databases management would be an advantage.


Languages: Written and oral command of English and Spanish.

Opportunity Summary:


Type of contract: Fixed Term.
Length of contract: 3 years.
Starting date: Upon agreement with you.
Location: IDB Headquarters, Washington D.C., USA.
Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
