What you will need:


Education: You hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related area. Training and certification in agile methodologies and/or Project Management certification are highly desired.


Experience: You have at least one or two years of relevant experience in the management of human resources, budgeting, accounting, corporate management, and general administration. Knowledge of relevant IDB Group policies, procedures, systems, databases, and management processes would be an advantage. Demonstrated knowledge of a range of on-line and off-line digital communications tools to create and disseminate business content is required. Hands-on experience using digital technologies and content management systems with demonstrated knowledge of digital audience analytics, collection of business and system requirements, and reporting is desired.


Languages: You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Oral and written proficiency in a second Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is preferred.


Citizenship: Only candidates who are either a citizen of these countries or have a legal permit to work in the post of duty will be considered for that individual Country Office.


Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
