What you will need: 

Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: Degree in Information Management, Computer Sciences, Records Management, Archival, Library Science or related fields
Experience:
• A minimum of one year of relevant practical work experience.
• Experience performing administrative tasks and working in teams.
• Experience with the concepts, principles and practice of information, document, records and archives management.
• Demonstrable experience in using a RM System, experience with Office365 including SharePoint and its RM capabilities would be a strong advantage.
• Experience in the delivery of trainings and support on RM.
• Experience in supporting change processes and innovation would be a great plus

Languages: Fluency in English and/or Spanish. Proficiency in both languages would be an asset.

Core and Technical Competencies:


• Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office suite,
• Physical capability to move records storage boxes weighting approximately 40-50 pounds,
• Ability to work in teams,
• Excellent client service skills,
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details,
• Good communication skills with focus on listening and empathy.

Opportunity Summary:

Length of contract: up to a maximum cumulative lifetime total of 36 months
Starting date: 1 March 2020
Location: Washington DC
Responsible person: Records Management Section Chief, Edouard Ratheau.
