Skills you will need:

   

Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Economy, Political Science, Development Economics, or other relevant fields.

    

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Track record of supporting implementation of programs to reform and strengthen government institutions and improve public services. Experience working in Haiti or in other low-income countries with comparable development challenges and where donor coordination plays a key role will be highly valued.

      

Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the Bank’s official languages (French is required and Spanish or English, ideally both).

Opportunity Summary:

 

Type of contract: Staff.
Location: Port au Prince, Haiti.
Requirements: You are a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the Bank.
