What you’ll need:
  • Education: B.A. in Social Sciences with experience in protocol or related areas. Preferable Master’s degree.
  • Work experience: At least 4 years of experience as Protocol Officer or design and execution of events.
  • Areas of Expertise: Protocol, ceremonial, and organization of high-level events.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data base systems.

  • Contract duration: 12 months

  • Responsible person: Chief of Protocol, Office of the Secretary
  • Requirements: Candidates must be citizens of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the bank.
