What you’ll need:

  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependent
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
  • Education: Master's degree in an area related to: Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. P.M. Certification desirable. Agile certification a plus.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant professional experience coordinating projects with exposure to new technologies.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Persistence in achieving goals
  • Ability to manage meetings with a wide range of stakeholders, maintaining the agenda and commitments of outcomes.

  • Demonstrated strong negotiation abilities
  • Proactive to address projects needs
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence approaches to information and knowledge management.
  • Outstanding capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience with implementation and successful adoption of software projects within organizations.
  • Positive attitude towards new challenges and learning
  • Basic familiarity with coding

Opportunity Summary: 

  • Type of contract: Consultant Full Time.
  • Length of contract: 24 months
  • Location: IDB Headquarters, Washington DC
  • Responsible person: Division Chief, KIC/KLD
