What you’ll need:

  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
  • Education: Technical Studies or associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.  Previous work experience and knowledge of the Bank processes and system is preferred.
  • Languages: Outstanding ability to read, write and speak Spanish and English.

Core and Technical Competencies:

MS Microsoft Office suite expertise required. Previous experience working with IDB tools/systems such as: ezShare, Meeting Planner, Convergence, Concur. Databases manage for reports (Ops, etc..). Excellent ability to work in a team and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
