Project Assistant Consultant

What you’ll need: 

• Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. 
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related fields. 
• Experience: Two years of relevant work experience.
• Languages: Fluency in at least two of the Official Bank’s languages (English and Spanish preferred)

Core and Technical Competencies:

• Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and establish to work priorities. 
• Proactive team player who communicates effectively orally and in writing.
