What you will need:
Education: Master’s Degree in Procurement, Engineering, Law, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in international private or public procurement.
Languages: You are proficient (oral and written) in English and French. Proficiency in an additional official Bank language (Portuguese and Spanish) is a plus.
The ideal candidate must be collaborative inclusive, innovative and creative, client-focused, resourceful, and have strong communication, organizational and project management skills.

Opportunity Summary
Type of contract: Staff, fixed-term
Length of contract: 3 years
Location: Washington, DC. The selected candidate, as an international employee, is expected to be subject to mission travels, transfer or temporary or permanent relocation upon the appointment, or any other moment subject to business needs.
Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries, and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group
