What you'll need
- Education: bachelor’s degree in communication, International Relations, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in leading and executing communication strategies.
- Languages: English and Spanish
Key skills:
- Additional specialized studies or courses on blockchain will be positively valued.
- Proven experience in Web3 and blockchain communication campaigns.
- Proven experience in implementing effective communication campaigns for local, regional, or global positioning and recognition of the organization.
- Strong background in communication, marketing, and/or public relations.
- Solid knowledge and experience in Web3 technologies, blockchain/DLT, digital identity, digital wallets, and their application in various sectors will be positively valued.
- Experience or knowledge of Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Desirable experience in digital transformation, adoption of new technologies, and promotion of innovation.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
- Strong interpersonal communication and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
- Demonstrated skills in solving complex problems and making decisions.

Requirements:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
Type of contract and duration:
- Type of contract: Products and External Services Consultant (PEC), Lump Sum.
- Length of contract: 12 months.
- Work Location: Residence consultant.
