What you’ll need: 
       
Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
    
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
    
Education: You hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or related field. Work towards the CFA or CAIA charter or other investment training strongly preferred. CPA or similar accounting designation and project management training a plus. 
    
Experience: You have at least 6 years of professional experience in accounting, finance and/or investments. Experience in operations, risk management, project management, pension reporting, and/or transactions strongly desired.
    
Languages: You are proficient in English and in one of the other Bank official languages (Spanish, French or Portuguese). 
   
Systems: Proficient in Excel (macros) required, and experience with accounting-related (SAP) systems desired. Financial modeling and/or statistics, investment systems, MS Word and Power Point strongly desired. Computer language experience / programming a plus.
   
Required Written Submission: Also required in the submission are responses to two (2) questions. Candidate must submit both responses in order to be considered. Responses should be no longer than 500 words (2 pages), although charts and tables may be included in annexes. All sources and citations must be correctly referenced and attributed.
