Pensions Administration Sr. Associate

Citizenship:

• You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

                        
Education: You hold a Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Computer Science. Certifications in SAP ECC, SAP FI-GL, and in Project Management is desired.

        
Experience: You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in HR and/or pension administration. Functional expertise in the analysis and delivering solutions to improve business processes. Emphasis on strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.

        
Languages: You are proficient in English and Spanish. Knowledge of another Bank official language is desirable.
