Skills you’ll need: 

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences or another related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Languages: English.

Core and Technical Competencies: Ability to think strategically and imaginatively with a track record of operationalizing ideas. Experience coordinating collaborative activities in jointly-implemented initiatives, working with/within the non-profit/civil society sector, in either a governance/leadership role with responsibility for oversight of operations, or in an organizational development/technical assistance role. Savvy at resource mobilization for projects of scale. Experience with outreach and accessing stakeholders in the public & private sector. Strong ICT (web/social media, virtual meeting, publishing, presentation, etc.) and interpersonal/communications skills. Experience working with/within international/development institutions. Capacity for listening and teamwork.
