What you will need:
  
Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

   

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
  
Education: You have a Master's degree in Economics, applied economics, Economic Development, Political Economy, or related fields.

  

Experience: You have at least 4 years of work experience aligned to the duties of the position. Familiarity with IDB policies and procedures related to budget administration and contracting are strongly desired.
  
Languages: You are fluent (oral and written) in both English and Spanish. Working knowledge of an additional official IDB Group language (Portuguese and French) is a plus. The interviews and selection process will be conducted in English and Spanish.
