What you’ll need: 


Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Education : Master’s degree Economics, Public Policy, Information technology or related fields.

Experience: Minimum experience of 5 years on relevant professional and academic experience in Economics, Public Policy, Information technology or related fields.

  • Areas of Expertise: Knowledge on: i) program logic and results matrix approach and Earned Value Analysis; ii) database management (Stata, SQL Server and Excel proficiency level required. MS Access and R is strongly desirable; and iii) Microsoft Office products.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to consolidate, summarize and critically analyze qualitative and quantitative information to compose concise and strategically relevant conclusions to be used for a variety of internal and external purposes.
    • Ability to diagnose problems and propose reliable solution as well as develop, analyze, and articulate project issues.
    • Capability in managing complex and diverse processes that require input and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
    • Ability to extract data from multiple sources, cross-compare them and check validity.

Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the Bank’s official languages (one being English or Spanish).
