What you will need:

 

  • Education: Master's degree in economics, administration, finance or related fields, preferably with postgraduate or doctoral studies in economics, public policy and/or management of economic development programs and projects.
  • Experience: Experience of at least 10 years in public policy management and development programs in the public administration and/or international development organizations. Experience of at least 5 years in issues of effectiveness in the development and/or evaluation of projects. You have excellent analytical and strategic skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills. The position requires skills to handle multiple demands and priorities and ability to respond under pressure.
  • Languages: Fluency in two of the following languages: Spanish, English or Portuguese.

  • Type of contract: 3 years fixed term international staff contract (renewable)
  • Start date: Q3/Q4, 2023
  • Location: HQ – Washington DC
  • Responsible person: Leader of the operational team of CSC Management.
