What you’ll need:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Sociology, Monitoring and Evaluation, Economics, or other related degree.
- Experience: Five (5) years experience designing and/or monitoring MDB operations with a focus on gender and/or diversity inclusion. Experience at the IDB preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
Strong analytical and writing skills in both Spanish and English.
Demonstrated experience in operations monitoring and results tracking.
Familiarity with project activities and results indicators that can support gender equality, the development of identity of indigenous peoples, and the inclusion of persons with disabilities, and African descendants.
Type of contract and modality: Product and External Services Consultant (PEC), Lump Sum.
Contract duration: a consultancy for a contract period of 12 months.
Place(s) of work: Home-based.
Responsible person: Operations Principal Specialist and Social Dev. Lead Specialist, (SCL/GDI).
Requirements: Candidates must be citizens of one of the 48 member countries of the IDB and not have any family members who currently work for the IDB Group.
