What you’ll need:
Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public or Business Administration or related disciplines.
Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in supporting teams with operational and research support duties in a multilateral organization and in the fields of financial inclusion, labor markets or social security in LAC. Projects with behavioral economics components. Projects with private and public stakeholders. Knowledge of and experience in the application of qualitative and quantitative social science research methods
Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are required.
Core and Technical Competencies: Strong analytical, management and research and synthesizing skills; ability to work independently, with initiative and responsibility, and establish work priorities; ability to work with all personnel to complete work assignments, achieve common goals, and contribute towards a positive work environment; knowledge of Bank’s protocol norms, administrative and operational policies and procedures, or from a similar organization; and very good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Opportunity Summary:

Responsible person: The Principal Social Insurance Specialist, Labor Markets Division will be responsible for the supervision of the contractual. The IDB Lab will be actively supporting the implementation of the program and the supervision of the Operational and Research Support Contractual
