Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE) - Evaluation Capacity Development and Evaluation Cooperation Activities - Full Time Consultancy

What you’ll need:

• Citizenship:  You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.  
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group. 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy, tourism, public relations, or a similar field. A Master’s degree would be a plus.
• Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of combined experience in Evaluation, Research, Event Production/Organization, Public Relations. The ideal candidate would have worked in evaluation/research organizing outreach and stakeholder engagement events. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a requirement. Must be detailed oriented and highly organized.   
• Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish required.

 Opportunity Summary:

• Length of contract:  13 ½ months.
• Location: Headquarters, Washington D.C.
• Starting date:  October or November 2021
• Responsible person: Economics Senior Advisor.
