What you’ll need:
  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to: Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Graduate Degree desirable. P.M. Certification desirable. Agile certification a plus.
  • Experience: More than 8 years of relevant professional experience coordinating multi-disciplinary projects with exposure to new technologies. Experience as an IT Project Manager for software development.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (writing and speaking).

  • Ability to manage meetings with a wide range of stakeholders, maintaining the agenda and commitments of outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Coordination of interdisciplinary teams.
  • Creative use of technology to achieve specific results.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence approaches to information and knowledge management.
  • Outstanding capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience with implementation and successful adoption of software projects within organizations.

  • Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48-member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
