Loan Administration Back Office Lead or Sr. Specialist

What you’ll need:     

Education: You hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CFA may be considered in lieu of a Master’s degree, provided the candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 

Experience: You have 10 years of progressively more responsible experience in international public and/or private lending services, loan and multi-currency operations, with at least five years of experience in the international arena. Experience in project development and financial documentation. Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial transaction systems is highly desirable.

Systems: Experience working with PC-based spreadsheets and database applications and relational data bases highly desirable; demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Languages: You are proficient in English and in one of the other Bank official languages (Spanish, French or Portuguese).
