What you’ll need:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another field related to the delivery of IT solutions. Post graduate work in business administration or finance related field considered a plus.

Languages: Proficiency in English is essential. Proficiency in a second official language of the Bank (Spanish, Portuguese or French) a plus.

Experience: Experience 10 years of project management experience in a multinational environment leading cross-functional teams. Hands on experience using project collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams. Experience in finance and/or treasury operations preferred. PMP certification considered a plus.

  • Knowledge of design thinking and similar methodologies

Length of contract: 1 year to 3 years
Starting date: January 16, 2020
Location: HQ Washington, D.C.

Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
