What You Will Need 

  • Education: A master’s degree in pedagogy, education, psychology, or related field. Preference will be given to candidates with a certification in e-learning and/or a project management methodology (PMI, Prince2, or Agile).
  • Experience: You must have at least five (5) years of professional experience, including at least two (2) years of experience as an instructional designer. Experience in remote education aimed at public or private sector officials is required. 
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.  Additional French and/or Portuguese a plus.

Opportunity Summary: 

Type of contract: Fixed term
Length of contract: 3 years, with possibility for renewal as per mutual agreement
Starting date: January 2022
Location: Washington, D.C.
 
Requirements: You are a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
