What you’ll need:


Education: Master's degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Economics, Business Administration or Social Sciences. 


Experience: 

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience related to the key responsibilities of the position, with a minimum of 3 years of international experience in strategic planning and multidisciplinary project execution
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience conducting change management processes in multi-cultural organizations
  • Experience in implementing and executing corporate support services in a complex environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously, preferably in international organizations 

 
Skills:

  • Strong project management skills (PMP certification would be a plus)
  • Client orientation 
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to consult, partner and work effectively with others across countries, sectors and group members
  • Strong problem solving skills and capacity to assess, interpret and translate data into strategic recommendations

 

Language requirement: Excellent English and Spanish language proficiency, oral and written, is required. Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Opportunity Summary:
Type of contract: Fixed-term
Length of contract: 3 years, with possibility for renewal 
Starting date: Upon agreement with the selected candidate 
Location: Washington, D.C.
