What you’ll need:

   
Education: Juris Doctor or equivalent degree, Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, or related field. 
Experience: Seven or more years of professional experience, with 2 years in international setting. Significant experience working in employment-related ethical conduct or organizational integrity matters, including in providing advice/analysis of conflicts of interest, compliance, or business ethics preferred. 
Languages: Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish. French and/or Portuguese desirable. 
Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
