What you’ll do:

Citizenship:You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline is required.


  • Minimum of two (2) years of Salesforce experience as Platform Administrator, specializing in design, configuration, solution design, and integration in multiple areas of Salesforce.
  • Minimum two (2) full life cycle implementation of Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities).
  • Must have two (2) years of experience with experience Cloud (Communities).
  • Must have two (2) years of experience with Financial Services Cloud.
  • Must have basic Salesforce certifications of Administration and Advanced Administration.
  • Certification of Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities) is preferred if the experience is less than 5 years.

Languages: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official Bank language (Spanish, Portuguese and/or French) is required.



Core and technical competencies:

  • Ability to implement best practices of Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities) in Salesforce through design of application configuration, with minimum development and system customization.
  • Ability to review and understand Salesforce Platform configuration, interfaces, and programs to coordinate the troubleshoot of defects or incidents reported in the operation of the Salesforce solution.
  • Knowledge of multiple communities’ setup.
  • Familiarity with CAN-SPAM Act and how to implement/control compliance mechanisms in the marketing cloud.
  • Familiarity with GDPR.
  • Excellent communication and business relationship skills.
  • Must be proficient in Spanish and English.

Location: Headquarters, Washington D.C, United States of America.
