Academic Degree/ Level & Years of Professional Work Experience: Master’s degree required Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Math, Information Systems, or any related field. Five years of relevant professional experience in similar functions, familiar with metrics, systems, and processes. Working understanding of different data, reporting and analytics tools and how they are leveraged within an organization.

Languages: High level proficiency of English and Spanish

Areas of Expertise: Experience with end-to-end BI solutions delivery, including requirements gathering, solutions design, iterative development, and implementation.

Skills:Strong written and oral communications skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language, to manage expectations, and to handle difficult situations.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, but also able to work independently.
