Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Computer Science, Software engineering or related field, or 3 years of professional experience in video conference, audio visual and end user support.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video conference, audio visual or end user support.
- Ability to provide polite, efficient and effective end user support, both orally and in writing
- Critical thinking to perform troubleshooting based on knowledge and previous experience
- Superior attention to details
- Strong teamwork orientation and effective communications skills
- Proactive attitude to improve the service delivered
Type of contract: Full-Time Consultant (CNS)
Location: Headquarters, Washington D.C, United States of America.
