What you'll need
· Education:
o Proven working knowledge in MS Windows 10, MS O365, MS Teams Rooms technology, Apple iOS mobile device management, MS Active Directory, Virtual and Physical Desktop Infrastructure maintenance. Working knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, service request and knowledge management. Certification is a plus.
o Formal training and experience in either Project Management or Scrum.
o Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and continuous improvement frameworks is a plus.
· Experience: At least two years of experience on the IT field. Demonstrated three years of experience in a customer support role. Two years of experience working on a continuous improvement, quality monitoring customer support operation. Experience working on a geographically dispersed team would be a plus.
· Languages: Fluency in English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
