IT ServiceNow Specialist / Project Management Consultant

What you’ll need:

• Citizenship: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.  We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Management Information System, or related area

• Experience: Minimum 2 years work experience in the Information Technology field. Minimum 2 years work experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Language: Proficiency in written and oral English and Spanish is required.

Core and Technical Competencies:

• Strong Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (administration and/or development)
• Knowledge of Project Management procedures (Agile is the methodology used and required)
• Experience with data management and business intelligence tools like PowerBi is expected.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, dedication, and the ability to work in an international team across hierarchical levels are indispensable
• Proven ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment and in a context of dynamic change.
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams and show initiative.
• JavaScript coding experience
• Experience managing projects in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience working in PMO environments
