  • Education: Technical studies or Associate Degree required, BSc. Computer Science preferred.
  • Experience At least three years of work experience in customer support activities. Working knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, service request and knowledge management.  ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Languages: Oral and written proficiency in English and any other Bank’s official language
 
Core and Technical Competencies:
  • Technical Skills: Windows Active Directory, Windows 10 and 7 clients, Office 365.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Location: Washington, DC.

Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
