What you will need:
Education:
o First Degree/ Level or equivalent Years of Professional Work Experience on BSc. Computer Science.
o Working knowledge in MS Windows 10, MS O365, communication platforms, mobile devices (Android/iOS), MS Active Directory, VMWare/VDI and workstations maintenance.
o Desirable working knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, service request and knowledge management. Certification is a plus.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and continuous improvement frameworks is a plus.
Experience:
· At least 2 years of experience on the IT field.
· Experience in customer support activities.
· Experience in Project Management, based on the PMI standard is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Key skills:
In addition to the prior ones:
- General knowledge to work with servers, network, telecommunication, audiovisual equipment, and office assets (scanners, printers, copiers).
- Excellent written, verbal, and corporal communication skills.
- Willing to learn and keep doing it continuously.
- Empathy and Active listening.
- Proactivity and creativity are a plus.
Requirements:
Citizenship: You are a citizen of the Republic of Guyana, or a citizen of one of our 48-member countries with residency or legal permit to work in Guyana.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Length of contract: 12 months, extensible up to 36 months based on performance
