Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline is required.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of Hyperion/PBCS, specializing in design, configuration, solution design, and integration in multiple areas of Cloud application.

Minimum two (2) full life cycle implementation of Hyperion/PBCS.

Must have two (2) years of experience with technical integration.

Certification in Hyperion/PBCS is preferred if the experience is less than 5 years.

Skills: Ability to implement best practices of Hyperion/PBCS through design of application configuration, with minimum development and system customization.

Ability to review and understand Hyperion/PBCS configuration, interfaces, and programs to coordinate the troubleshoot of defects or incidents reported in the operation of the Hyperion/PBCS solution.

Must have comprehensive understanding of yearly planning cycle and budget execution.

Knowledge of PLSQL.

Must have understanding of integrating PBCS with SAP ERP and other SAAS systems.

Excellent communication and business relationship skills.

Languages: Must be proficient in Spanish and English.

Payment and Conditions: Compensation will be determined in accordance with Bank’s policies and procedures. The Bank, pursuant to applicable policies, may contribute toward travel and moving expenses. In addition, candidates must be citizens of an IDB member country.
Visa and Work Permit: The Bank, pursuant to applicable policies, may submit a visa request to the applicable immigration authorities; however, the granting of the visa is at the discretion of the immigration authorities. Notwithstanding, it is the responsibility of the candidate to obtain the necessary visa or work permits required by the authorities of the country(ies) in which the services will be rendered to the Bank. If a candidate cannot obtain a visa or work permit to render services to the Bank the contractual offer will be rescinded
Consanguinity: Pursuant to applicable Bank policy, candidates with relatives (including the fourth degree of consanguinity and the second degree of affinity, including spouse) working for the IDB, IDB Invest, or MIF as staff members or Complementary Workforce contractuals, will not be eligible to provide services for the Bank.
